- 7:00am to 3:00pm
- Overflow Hotel - Ballroom A (1 floor)
Reserved for teams staying at the overflow hotel only - 20 Minute Slots

- 6:40pm to Midnight
- Main Stage
- 5 Minute Slots
- Warm-Up Cycle - Gatlin E
- $100.00 per Team Fee
- This will operate like a mock performance, starting in the practice room with 5 minutes on each of the 3 practice floors, finishing with 5 minutes on the main performance floor
- Please arrive 25 minutes before your main stage performance time
- NO CANCELATIONS once your slot is reserved

Guidelines:
- There are 6-8 full competition floors in the Practice Rooms (varies per session)
- Several sessions take place in the overflow hotel. DO NOT sign up for those sessions unless you are staying at the overflow hotel
- Practice times are available in 5, 15, 20, and 30 minute increments
- Each registered team can sign up only once per session
• Clarification: If you have one (1) team competing in two (2) separate divisions, you are eligible for two (2) practice slots - The deadline for practice session sign-ups is Tuesday, December 31st
- If more time slots are still available on the actual days of competition, they will be filled on a first come first serve basis in the practice room
- Teams are not guaranteed a second practice time in the practice rooms
- Online Sign-ups are on a first come first serve basis
- The only guaranteed practice time for each team is on the warm-up floors before the actual performance, which will be approximately 30-45 minutes before your stage time. This time can be viewed on the Nationals Performance Order Schedule.
- If a mat is not being used, multiple squads may use a small section for the given opening time slot. FCC staff managing the practice room will help coordinate all open slots.
- This practice is not intended for stunt groups, individuals or duo entries. You may elect to use your Team time for such practices, but no individual time slot will be specifically reserved for these entries during this time.
- If an online submission is not completed, no time will be scheduled for your squad. If scheduled times still remain, you may sign up for them at Registration.
- No Make-up times will be given if you miss your time. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- SIGN-UPS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ON TEAM MANAGER

FCC Cancellation/Refund Policy
This section states our current refund policy as of January 1st 2012. This has been put in place by the Board of Directors.
This notice supersedes any and all conflicting policy notices on the cheerfcc, impactcheerleading, or teammanager websites, including automated invoices.
Cancellations must be made prior to November 15th in order to receive a refund credit. No refund credits will be considered for any cancellations or changes made after November 15th. Refunds will be issued in the form of a "credit" that will be good for any FCC event for up to one calendar year. Any changes to names or divisions are subject to a $100 change fee per incident. Two free coaches for teams of 10 or more athletes.
FCC will not issue any credits or refunds for events due to inclement weather if the event takes place. FCC's staff spends months preparing for and securing camp / competition locations - it is not possible to reschedule to "the next weekend" as venues most likely are not available and we have other events on the calendar. Thank you for your understanding.
