Practice Sign-Up Information

On Wednesday from 11:40am to 11pm there will be open practice times available.
Guidelines:

Times will be in 20 minute increments, with no early sign-up.
If the mat is not being used, multiple squads may use a small section for the given opening.
Sign up will be in front of Panzacola Hall F starting at 11:30 am Following that time, times will be given by the Staff representative in charge of the area.

On Thursday we will have practice times as well with different guidelines. Please read carefully:
Guidelines:

Times will be in 15 minute increments starting at 8:00 am and ending at 4:15 pm.
Early sign-up will be via ONLINE FORM ONLY (NO CALL IN'S, FAXES, OR E-MAILS ALLOWED THIS YEAR) starting December 15th. The practice schedule will be posted on the internet after December 19th. Fill out the form below and submit your request. The schedule will be updated at least once a day, before noon.
If your school has several teams competing, each individual team will have to submit their own request.

Only one scheduled time slot will be allotted per squad.
If form is not completed and sent back in, no time will be scheduled for your squad. If scheduled times still remain, you may sign up for them at Registration. NOTE: If you have an individual or duo competing, please refer to the Tentative Schedule Overview posted online (after December 14th) to see when to request your practice times.
No Make-up times will be given if you miss your time. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please understand that all times are on a first-come-first-serve basis, and you are not guaranteed a practice time. You will still have a scheduled warm-up time prior to your competition time on Friday.
