Camp Contingency Form
Camp Contingency Forms only require an ESTIMATE number of participants. You will have until May 10, 2010 to confirm the number of cheerleaders and coaches attending. A $100.00 Contingency Fee per Squad is also required to properly process this form. The Camp Contingency Fee is Non-Refundable or Transferable. This fee is not applicable to your registration balance, it will only reserve your place at camp. If your Contingency fee is paid by April 15, 2010 you will receive the following:
"25 Year Anniversary Coaches Package" (Up to a $350 Value)
Upon receipt of your Contingency Form and Fee, we will send you a confirmation email. All camp registration forms and information are posted online.
Instructions:
To submit a Contingency Form, please complete all form fields (marked with a *) and click the "Submit" button. All forms will be reviewed and processed by the FCC/FCD Registration office. A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your Camp Contingency Form is processed. Please ensure that a valid E-mail address and phone number is completed so that you can be easily contacted. After completing the form, you will be redirected to a payment page. NOTE: If you register more than one squad, you will be assessed more than one fee. |
